Snorri'S Guesthouse - Reykjavik

Charming and cozy decor made for a pleasant stay.

The hot and cold shower water fluctuated drastically on the second floor, irritating during my entire stay. I had to adjust the water temperature to hot to avoid the discomfort, quite frustrating. It would have been nice to interact with the owners or staff instead of only via email, as personal interaction could enhance the experience.

Double room was with a flat-screen television, a coffeemaker, and 2 windows. Our accommodation was set in a central location near to the bus stop, all the restaurants and sea front. We could drink something at Vitabar, located 1 km away

Thank you everyone for a really really nice stay on an overnight road trip. The breakfast was delicious with fresh bread, fruits, different juices, had everything you could want. This hotel was located in a central area near to the church and other main shopping area, and the buses for excursions, to-and-from the airport. Too bad that we didn't have time, but we will be back...

I loved having a Nespresso coffee machine in my room! The diverse breakfast spread with Icelandic specialties was a good start to my day. Plus, the warm radiators in my room kept everything cozy during the chilly nights.

The hotel was charming and the location was favourable just next door to main tourist/shopping street and the church and other main shopping area and the buses for excursions, to-and-from the airport. Attentive staff and everything was incredible. They gave me a double room with Balcony and a private bathroom, as example...

A few minutes away from the city center. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, always ready to offer recommendations. One good surprise was the variety of breakfast options, including local specialties, made my mornings extra special.

Great spot for a group trip! Loved the big room and the friendly staff who even let us check in early. Breakfast had fresh baked bread and good coffee. We also enjoyed the location for visiting the Harbour and the Sky Lagoon. Highly recommend checking them out!

The location was ideal, with easy access to downtown and convenient free parking nearby. The room provided a cozy atmosphere, and I appreciated having a private sink for convenience. The room felt warm at night, leading to some discomfort due to traffic noise when trying to sleep. Breakfast was self-serve and somewhat limited in options, but the staff's prompt communication and support were excellent, especially after they recognized the breakfast situation and issued a credit. A pleasant experience with room for improvement.

The breakfast spread was lovely (especially loved the homemade breads and skyr)! The cozy balcony was a delight for morning coffee. The location was super handy, just a short stroll to downtown and the fine Hallgrimskirkja.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to downtown, and perfect for exploring nearby parks and museums. The cozy single room was equipped with a fridge and coffee machine. Breakfast was good, with homemade products like warm bread and fresh fruit.

I had an amazing experience with the delicious breakfast options and the cozy room that felt like a warm hug. The only downside was the shared bathroom situation was a bit inconvenient at times. I would definitely come back!
